If you find a profile that doesn’t have a pronouns, that generally means you have no permission from the user to address them in the third person, to ascribe ownership to them, or to talk about them. Although a profile host such as the Mastodon Network may allow you to view and @ the user, this does not imply that you are permitted to address them in the third person, ascribe ownership to them, or talk about them.
