@destroy in one sense, yes, in another, nah, as one is recognizing the inner emptiness that composes all form and distinction between fundament and transcendent, where as the other is about coming to awareness of potentials in a situated context, which is to say doing or not doing sorcery only becomes non-distinct upon the realization of the practice, and such an awareness can lead to sudden clarity of the infinite potential and emptiness of all thibgsy; "the sage does nothing, yet all is achieved". How one gets to such a point is matter of inclination.

(imo, issues of what is and is not a matter of realizing non-distinction is one of the most interesting points of disagreement in buddhism)
