@Sovereign_Beast in all honesty, i think most of the people there would just end up not interacting with people they didn't like as much. there's less of a structure for that kind of thing, which is why im not too worried about them federating

@exiliaex It's not that I'm worried so much as that my initial thoughts were 'oh boy that'll be annoying' but honestly thinking about it more it seems like having the clique of hatestalkers that operate out of dramaposting encounter xenofem would probably mostly just be funny, so now I can't justify blocking them when they join because I'd miss out on the best popcorn moments

@Cheezebell eh the primary issue, as I pointed out to Lydia back then, is that the institute is very much operating along the lines of trying to reconstruct the 'human' as a generic universal and rebuild an idealized pre-war society, thus reaffirming and reproducing the structures of capitalist patriarchy even after nuclear war had put them on their death bed... admittedly that's true of most factions in the Fallout universe, and the ones that aren't are typically fascists.
