i think its time i lock down my twitter, stop tweeting entirely, and try to build my projects elsewhere.
@exiliaex Twitter always lures everyone in because it just has a monopoly on how many people are there in terms of politics and news, and therefore it wins in a lot of regards... but it's so ass tho. Not only is there so much pointless talk on it, with it's variety of idiots but it maliciously tries to drag you in with it's negativity. It's a machine where everyone is competing with each other, and how you win is either humiliate someone or just say some inflammatory shit
@exiliaex i need to finish an argument on there and post about the road trip but i'm really just waiting on everyone to move to some other platform, it doesnt work anymore
@ZiaNitori i'm going to be trying to make this masto instance my new little home, but until other people move off of twitter i'll unfortunately keep checking it occasionally (and hopefully i can drive that "occasionally" down to smaller and smaller fractions)
@exiliaex i have no idea the context of this but as someone who was banned from twitter two years ago i can say i am a lot happier now than i was then so i agree anyway

It's not fair, and you did nothing wrong (rarely do I hear of backlash chasing you with you actually doing anything "wrong"), and you shouldn't be treated like that. No one should.
