@edistro I audited a UCSF toxicology class years ago where they discussed that milk of magnesia (that is, the antacid, not moo juice) could be used to neutralize pepper spray. As a paramedic, I never had it in any of my protocols nor heard of it in an EMS protocol, and I've never heard one way or the other from protest medics either. Anybody have any input on that front?
