@PallasRiot Fair comparison, but also the Clinton campaign was actually also just turning down volunteers because they thought volunteers were irrelevant to winning and ground work wasn’t very important. It wasn’t *just* activists they were alienating but the entire idea of grassroots organizing as a whole was discarded because it worked for Obama in 2012.
@destroy @PallasRiot on top of all this it's a play pretty much explicitly to poach straight white men away from the GOP without *actually* resorting to full-on trumpism
