growing up my parents and grandma always told me being able to cook would help me get a girlfriend and so far they've been extremely right. girls love that i can make saag paneer

@emmycelium where are you getting the paneer? Is there an Indian market nearby or does ur grocery store carry it?
@destroy there is an indian market nearby which is good for certain other ingredients like getting atta for making good roti but i make the paneer myself

@destroy paneers like the easiest cheese 2 make tho lol its just get milk hot, add citrus or vinegar or other acid, drain curds in cheese cloth then press them under some heavy stuff for a few hours

If you skip the pressing step, the loose curds are good too. That's how you make chenna. It's so easy to make.
