I am curious how many people know 10 finger typing - and in what age categories.

I suspect that it is more common in my generation (I was born in 1975) than either those before me or after me. Older people didn't usually have desktop computers in their formative years, while many younger people seem to focus on typing on screens instead - where they manage speeds that I will never match.

EDIT: Apparently the standard term for this in English is "touch typing".

@juergen_hubert wdym by 10-key? like, standard fingers-on-home-row qwerty typing or something else?
