I installed WoW again, do I pull the trigger and buy Dragonflight?
@eris @DemonMama DM and I played the last expansion and i found it to be pretty mid, no idea bout Wow Dragon TF Edition
@sadie @DemonMama from reviews and from what friends tell me they really got their act together and made something that is completely the opposite of Shadowlands and is supposedly better than anything they've made since TBC

@sadie @eris dragon shapeshifting and positive reviews are serving as dark temptation but i must resist

@destroy @sadie @eris @DemonMama I literally did this to DemonMama 2 years ago and I'm sorry for convincing her to play Shadowlands (although us becoming friends was a good outcome I'm glad for)

@Silent @destroy @sadie @eris for what its worth, I had a lot of fun playing it, even if the content beyond the main story didn't really hook me in the long run and blizzard sucksssss

@eris @sadie @destroy @Silent I have been going through Death Stranding Directors Cut and I have been playing Tiny Rogues :) Both of which are very good in very different ways.

Death Stranding is one of the most influential games on my personal creative journey, and Tiny Rogues is an absolutely rock-solid new rogue-lite that has had me sooo addicted to "just another run" with its incredible character build variety :D

@eris and of course, I too am thankful for our friendship silent! I have good memories of playing Wow with you, even if the expac didn't hold long term for me lmao

@DemonMama @sadie @destroy @Silent I still need to give Death Stranding a fair chance. It was one of those games where it wasn't what I expected and I didn't play too much of it.

I love the vibe of the world tho

@eris @sadie @destroy @Silent Death Stranding is a very strange game, but IMO its a masterpiece. I have put so many hours into it and every time I play I discover new things I missed + reanalyze my feelings about the topics contained within. I truly think is a game worth trying to "get" if you don't get it at first :D

@eris @DemonMama @Silent @destroy death stranding is wonderfully depressing and shockingly honest about state violence and its impact on the individual and the individuals capacity to be state actors against their intent

its also gay and full of daddy issues, i sure did have a hard cry with that one
@eris @DemonMama @Silent @destroy also *D*eath *S*tranding is a great kojipro name, its a reference to Dark Souls, its #1 inspiration, as its an asynchronous world in which users are helping each other get over an impossible feeling task.

a game where you have to relearn how to walk, so you can be in Sam's boots with him as he faces the mountain of his task, is just so good.
